Suzi has been practicing acupuncture since 2006 after graduating Cum Laude from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Racine. Prior to that she was an exceptional education teacher in Milwaukee and also Charlotte, NC for a couple of years.
Suzi has studied traditional Chinese acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, tui na, cupping, quasha and moxabustion, and Dr. Tan’s acupuncture. Her area of specialization and special interest is anything auto-immune related. While these conditions are sometimes difficult to heal and can take some time, beginning relief builds hope and hope allows further change to follow.
Along with practicing acupuncture, Suzi works at Milwaukee Area Technical College as an educational assistant in the areas of Anatomy & Physiology, and Chemistry. Having taken a special interest in Chemistry, she frequently enrolls in these courses during which times her schedule changes slightly to accomodate class times. The further studys connect easily to Suzi’s beliefs, understanding and practice of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine as well as Nutritional medicine.
Suzi currently enjoys time with family, friends and pets. She believes that laughter and respectful, kind play, balanced with work that is pleasureable and supportive is the key to a happy life. If you catch her laughing or playing, she is just modeling the elevated vibrational practice of balance. Please join in the game!
